    • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your optional insurance coverage at any time and receive a refund of your unearned monthly premium/charge. We may cancel or change terms by giving you prior written notice as required by law. Any unearned premium/charge will be refunded to you.

     

    Steps

     

    1 – Enroll an eligible2 smartphone as a primary anchor device within 30 days of activation or upgrade. At enrollment, choose which connected device you want to register as anchor device.

     

    2 – Call Asurion at 888.562.8662 to add up to two additional eligible devices. You do not need to add those devices until you need support or to file a claim. While you can call for support as soon as you enroll, there is a 30-day waiting period to file a claim on a non-connected device.

     

    • These second and third devices can be connected to an active AT&T wireless postpaid account (smartphones and tablets).

     

    • Or they may be Wi-Fi or non-connected – that is, not connected to an active AT&T wireless postpaid account.

     

    • Non-connected devices can be Wi-Fi tablets or laptops with Windows Vista®, OS X®, Android™, iOS® or newer operating systems.

     

    • You cannot have more than three eligible devices registered at any one time. If you have more than 3 eligible devices, you can remove one of the three and place the other device on your plan.

    • Inspect for cosmetic blemishes and replace parts that fail to meet our like-new standards.

     

    • Ensure that each device is upgraded to the most current software and hardware.

     

     

    AT&T backs this product with its standard 14-day return period as well as a 90-day warranty on phones and accessories for new purchases.
