  • What is meant by no overages?

    Both AT&T Unlimited ChoiceSM and PlusSM plans qualify for the AutoPay and paperless billing credit. Single line plans will receive a $5 credit per month, multi-line plans receive a $10 credit per month. Credit card payment is not eligible for the credit. Checking and Debit Cards qualify for the credit. Credits will begin 1-2 billing cycles after enrollment. Enroll in AutoPay and Paperless billing.

  • If I've used all my plan data and I'm now experiencing slow speeds, what should I do if I want more high speed data?

    Yes. Consumer customers on any agreement types can get the new unlimited plans. The monthly access charge for a smartphone on these new plans is $20 per month no matter which type of agreement the smartphone is on. Note for business customers, the pricing may differ.

  • What is Stream Saver?

     

    That depends on which new unlimited plan you are on.

     

    For both plans, after 22GB of data use on a line in a bill cycle, AT&T may slow data speeds on that line during periods of network congestion for the remainder of the bill cycle.

     

    On AT&T Unlimited PlusSM, the plan includes Stream Saver plus you get 10GB per line of a Mobile Hotspot. After 10GB, the hotspot speed is slowed to 128 Kbps.

     

    On the AT&T Unlimited ChoiceSM, data speeds are limited to a max of 3Mbps. For content we can identify as video, streaming is limited to 1.5Mbps. Mobile Hotspot is not included with this plan.

     

  • Will Stream Saver affect my data usage when using my data internationally?

     

    With both plans, you can browse the Web and play games. After 22GB of data usage, AT&T may slow data speeds during times of network congestion.

     

    On AT&T Unlimited PlusSM, the plan includes Stream Saver plus you get 10GB per line of a Mobile Hotspot. After 10GB, the hotspot speed is slowed to 128 Kbps.

     

    With the AT&T Unlimited ChoiceSM plan, data speed is limited to a max of 3Mbps and, for content we can identify as video, speed will be at a max of 1.5 Mbps, comparable to Standard Definition quality (about 480p). Data and video speeds will be capped at amounts shown above, regardless of the AT&T network your device is on (for example 4G LTE, 4G or 3G). Tethering and mobile hotspot use prohibited with the AT&T Unlimited ChoiceSM plan (except for eligible Connected Cars).

  • Are AT&T Next smartphone installment charges included in Mobile Share Flex prices?

    Stream Saver is included on select plans, including the new AT&T Unlimited PlusSM plan. Stream Saver is designed to identify streaming video content over the mobile network so that data speed and resolution of higher definition video can be adjusted to Standard Definition quality (about 480p). This allows customers to stream more video while using the same amount of data. Stream Saver will not apply to content it cannot identify as video. Additionally, your ability to stream and the resolution of video can be affected by other factors. Video content streamed over Wi-Fi is not impacted by Stream Saver, nor is video from content providers who opt out of Stream Saver. Learn more at Stream Saver.

MOBILE SHARE FLEX PLANS: Prices are for service only and include monthly plan charge & per device monthly access charge. Other plans may have been retired. If on a retired plan, you may upgrade and add or remove lines. If you want to change your high-speed data allotment, you must pick from a currently available plan. Eligibility: Consumers only. AutoPay & Paperless Bill Discount: $10 per month discount. Requires being active & enrolled in both paperless billing & AutoPay. Discount starts w/in 2 bill cycles. Employees and retirees are not eligible. Devices: Limit 10 per plan (sold separately).

 

1Data: For use in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (the “Domestic Coverage Area” or “DCA”) only. 10GB & higher plans also include data usage in Mexico. Plans also include usage in Canada for select connected vehicles only. Additional or promotional data may not be available for use outside the DCA. Overage Charges and Data Speeds: No charge for overage. However, after all your high-speed data allotments are used, all data usage is slowed to a max of 128 Kbps for the rest of the bill cycle. During that period, you will have basic data use for viewing a web page or checking email. Rollover Data automatically expires after one billing period or with any plan change (such as changing data amounts or termination). Rollover Data is used after your monthly plan allowance. Rollover Data is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable.
