Our Return Policies

Returning Non-Apple Branded Products

 

AT&T’s 14-day return policy states that any cellular device purchased for use on AT&T’s service can be returned for any reason other than customer neglect or abuse within the first 14 days of the cellular contract. Returns/Exchanges must be like new, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. All devices are subject to a $35 restocking fee except where prohibited. In order to comply with this policy, Mid-Atlantic ProTel only recognizes phones whose make, model and IMEI number have been recorded. A return agreement is signed at the point of sale, and the make, model, and IMEI number are recorded on the agreement.

 

The phone(s) will be thoroughly inspected by Mid Atlantic ProTel and/or AT&T. If, in the sole judgment of Mid-Atlantic ProTel or AT&T, it is determined that the device is damaged due to customer abuse or neglect, you will receive a bill from Mid- Atlantic ProTel representing full retail value of the device as stated on the original Sales Invoice, and that you will pay the same within 30 days of receipt.

 

 

Returning iPhones

 

AT&T’s and Apple's 14-day return policy for the iPhone states that any iPhone purchased for use with AT&T's service can be returned within 14-days only if the iPhone is being exchanged for a different model handset. Returns/Exchanges must be like new, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. All devices are subject to a $35 restocking fee except where prohibited.   In order to comply with this policy, Mid-Atlantic ProTel only recognizes phones whose model and IMEI number have been recorded.  A return agreement is signed at the point of sale, and the make, model, and IMEI number are recorded on the agreement.

 

If, after the original purchase, the iPhone is deemed defective, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to utilize one of the following options:

     * Set an appointment at an Apple Retail Location on the web: www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar

 

Under no circumstance will Mid-Atlantic ProTel knowingly accept any defective Apple product for return. The phone(s) will be thoroughly inspected by Mid Atlantic ProTel and/or AT&T. If, in the sole judgment of Mid-Atlantic ProTel or AT&T, it is determined that the phone is damaged due to customer abuse and/or neglect, the iPhone will be excluded from the above 14-day return policy.

 

 

Returning iPads

 

AT&T’s and Apple's 14-day return policy for the iPad states that any iPad purchased for use with AT&T's service can be returned within 14-days.

A restocking fee of 10% of the sales price applies to all iPad returns. The restocking fee does not apply to iPad if it is returned unopened during the 14-day return period. The original iPad must be in full working order and free from any neglect and/or abuse. In order to comply with this policy, Mid-Atlantic ProTel only recognizes tablets whose model and IMEI number have been recorded. A return agreement is signed at the point of sale, and the make, model, and IMEI number are recorded on the agreement.

 

If, after the original purchase, the iPad is deemed defective, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to utilize one of the following options:
