How do I get the AutoPay/paperless billing discount?
Both AT&T Unlimited Choice Enhanced and Plus Enhanced plans qualify for the AutoPay and paperless billing credit. Single line plans will receive a $10 credit per month, multi-line plans receive a $20 credit per month. Credit card payment is not eligible for the credit. Checking and Debit Cards qualify for the credit. Credits will begin 1-2 billing cycles after enrollment. Enroll in AutoPay and Paperless billing.
Can I get the AT&T UNLIMITED & More Premium and AT&T UNLIMITED & More plans if I have AT&T Next, no commitment, a 2-year contract, or if I bring my own device?
Yes. Consumer customers on any agreement types can get the new unlimited plans. The monthly access charge for a phone on these new plans is $35 per month no matter which type of agreement the phone is on.
Will there be any impacts to my unlimited data speeds with these new plans?
That depends on which new unlimited plan you are on.
On AT&T Unlimited Choice Enhanced, for all data usage, customer may temporarily experience reduced speeds on these line(s) during times of network congestion. Video streaming is limited to 1.5 Mbps (SD quality).
On AT&T Unlimited Plus Enhanced, after 22GB of data usage on a line in a bill cycle, for the remainder of the cycle a customer may temporarily experience reduced speeds on that line during times of network congestion. Are there limits to what I can stream, or how I can use my data?
With both plans, you can browse the Web and play games. On AT&T Unlimited & More Premium, after 22GB of data usage on a line in a bill cycle, for the remainder of the cycle a customer may temporarily experience reduced speeds on that line during times of network congestion. The plan includes Stream Saver plus you get 15GB per line of a Mobile Hotspot. After 15GB, the hotspot speed is slowed to 128 Kbps.
On AT&T Unlimited & More, for all data usage, customer may temporarily experience reduced speeds on these line(s) during times of network congestion. Video streaming is limited to 1.5 Mbps (SD quality).

What is Stream Saver?
Stream Saver is included on select plans, including the new AT&T Unlimited & More Premium plan. Stream Saver is designed to identify streaming video content over the mobile network so that data speed and resolution of higher definition video can be adjusted to Standard Definition quality (about 480p). This allows customers to stream more video while using the same amount of data. Stream Saver will not apply to content it cannot identify as video. Additionally, your ability to stream and the resolution of video can be affected by other factors. Video content streamed over Wi-Fi is not impacted by Stream Saver, nor is video from content providers who opt out of Stream Saver. Learn more at Stream Saver.
What if I want HD Video?
Choose an AT&T Unlimited & More Premium plan for access to HD video (up to 1080p). Just turn Stream Saver off, and enjoy HD video when it is available from the content providers. SD video is great for small screens, so if you do not need HD, check out our AT&T Unlimited & More plan or turn Stream Saver on with your AT&T Unlimited & More Premium plan.
Will Stream Saver affect my data usage when using my data internationally?
Yes, if your domestic plan includes Stream Saver, then when Stream Saver is turned on for your line and you are roaming internationally (with or without an international package or feature), it will apply to international video streaming as well. You can turn it off and back on any time online.
Am I required to have DIRECTV or U-verse TV services?
No, our new AT&T Unlimited & More Premium and AT&T Unlimited & More plans do not require you to have DIRECTV or U-verse TV services. But, when you have an AT&T Unlimited & More Premium plan you could be eligible for a discount on DIRECTV, U-verse, or DIRECTV NOW service. And if you have Unlimited & More you could be eligible for discounts on DIRECTV NOW service.
Can I use my AT&T Unlimited & More Premium plan for tethering or as a Mobile Hotspot?
Yes, this plan includes 15GB Mobile Hotspot/tethering per eligible line per month. After 15GB, tethering speed will be slowed to a max of 128Kbps for the rest of the bill cycle. All tethering data usage for that line, including sponsored data if tethered, will be impacted after reach 15GB in a bill cycle. The AT&T Unlimited &MoreSM plan does not include mobile Hotspot/tethering (except for eligible Connected Cars).
Are there any other data plan options for my tablet?
Yes. Individual AT&T DataConnect plans offer several options for domestic data use for tablets. Learn more about DataConnect plans. Also, there is a standalone AT&T 1GB Tablet Plan offering 1GB of non-shareable data for $10 per tablet per month (overage charge $15/per GB) that is available to customers who have the AT&T Unlimited & More Premium or AT&T Unlimited & More plan.
What international benefits are included in the AT&T Unlimited & More Premium and AT&T Unlimited & More plans?
With these plans you can text from the U.S. to over 120 countries and make unlimited calls from the U.S. to Mexico and Canada. You can also, talk, text, and use data in Mexico and Canada for no additional roaming charge. (AT&T may remove the roaming feature or permanently slow your roaming speeds to 2G if voice, text, or data usage in Mexico and/or Canada exceeds 50% of your total voice, text, or data usage for two consecutive months.)
How do I get the Video Loyalty Credit for AT&T Unlimited & More Premium customers?
Customers with the AT&T Unlimited Plus Enhanced plan who also have U-verse TV, DIRECTV (excludes prepaid) or DIRECT NOW service qualify for a monthly credit applied to one qualifying video account. Credits on U-verse TV and DIRECTV will begin 2-3 billing cycles after switching to AT&T Unlimited Plus Enhanced. DIRECTV NOW customers who sign up for AT&T Unlimited Plus Enhanced must visit directvnow.com and confirm their account status under "my settings" to begin earning the credits. Customers who ordered both qualifying services will receive a $15 per month video loyalty credit.
How do I get the Choice Now Credit for AT&T Unlimited Choice Enhanced customers?
AT&T Unlimited Choice Enhanced customers with DIRECTV NOW service qualify for the monthly $15 Choice Now Credit toward their DIRECTV NOW service (excludes Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). Credits on DIRECTV NOW will begin in 2-3 billing cycles and reduce the monthly charge to the payment method (credit card or PayPal). I have AT&T Unlimited & More and DIRECTV NOW service but I have not received my monthly Video Loyalty Credit, what do I need to do?
For AT&T Unlimited Plus EnhancedSM customers, AT&T will automatically apply the HBO® offer and the Video Loyalty credit to your DIRECTV account, if you have one. The HBO® offer and the Video Loyalty credit must be applied to the same account. For AT&T Unlimited Choice EnhancedSM customers who have DIRECTV NOW service (and not DIRECTV satellite service or U-verse TV service), you can redeem both the HBO® offer and the Video Loyalty credit by visiting www.att.com/unlimitedplus.
